Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Minkly LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Minkly.io to do the same.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond expeditiously to copyright infringement claims reported to our designated copyright agent.
Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe material on Minkly infringes your copyright, you may notify our designated copyright agent using the process below.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Site, please notify our copyright agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and enough information for us to locate it on the Site.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature, including typing your full name as an electronic signature.
Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA notifications should be sent to our designated copyright agent at dmca@minkly.io.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or that person's agent.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Minkly LLC has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
Disclaimer
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
You may wish to consult with an attorney before filing a DMCA notification or counter-notification.
Additional Information
We may request additional information before removing allegedly infringing material.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.
We may also forward the complaining party's contact information to the user who posted the allegedly infringing material so that they may respond directly to the allegations.
