Lee Shinyoung lives in Kumamoto City, working several part-time jobs to make ends meet. While as treated like a foreigner to a land she never belonged to, and strange to what her blood tells who she is, Shinyoung only strives to survive while tending for her sister in the hospital. But with one strange twist of fate, she will be entangled to a series of events that may threaten her already fragile standing in the society to something worse, if she can just stay blind to the injustices of the other side of the city known as the Electric City.
