Synopsis

Paulie was an average man with an average life, a boring job that he hated and no friends or social circles to speak of. Haunted by childhood trauma, he has always had to keep his emotions in check as his rage boils too close to the surface. But when a mysterious light sweeps him away to a new life filled with terrors and danger he may find a use for all the rage and anger that he once locked inside. He may learn truths beyond humanity’s wildest expectations and meet strange new beings in this unfamiliar land that may not have his best interests in mind as he struggles through cramped starships, across low gravity moons and through crowded alien markets. Will he meet powerful new friends or sinister enemies? He could learn truths about humanity so shocking that they may just shatter the very foundations of the greater galactic community itself. But Paulie is a fighter, he would never let a little thing like the very fate of the galaxy stand between him and what he sees as right. No, he will take each challenge in stride till he eventually ends up at the top of this new world, or winds up dead.
